The Auditing staff is unable to provide licensees with legal advice, approve a broker’s advertising or provide guidance regarding a broker’s business model. When applicable, the response received to an inquiry will relate to all real estate brokers, cemetery brokers and membership camping brokers regardless of the broker’s licensure as a designated broker or self-employed broker.
